At Prairie Springs Family Services, we will obtain a variety of metabolic measurements determining your individual chemistry.

What does your body tell us? How are you processing your fuel?

After we have gathered your metabolic measurements, we will analyze the information and present you with a nutrition plan and protocol to help correct any metabolic stresses and imbalances we may find. Protocols help to move the body to more optimal levels.
Protocols need to be followed for 6 months to a year or sometimes more. A follow-up visit at one and six weeks into the program is advised.
Change is determined by many factors including compliance to the program.

We encourage our clients to become members of The Coalition for Health Education for $20.00 per year. The membership enables you access to your own personal web page which provides a way to chart your progress and educate yourself with nutritional and metabolic information specific to you.
